Working for Polycom

I have been working at Polycom full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Good working environment
Possibility of working from home.
Relationship with Microsoft is a big thing.
Cons
Company was acquired by Siris Capital...
Conference environments are moving towards the cloud.
Customer willing to invest less money on products.
Advice to Management
More focus on product strategy and people.
