To help the public and assist my colleagues whenever necessary.,,,
Everything needs to be done well, slacking isnt accepted and hard working employees get an immense amount of praise for doing well.
Depending on which pubs you’re working in, it’s better to ask wetherspoon employees themselves about the organisation in their particular pub as its differs in every one.
In my experience, in Savoy, Swindon, it was very organised. The KM and PM worked together with all of the managers and team leaders to ensure a successful week every week. Your opinion and needs are always valid and taken into consideration in decisions and they will usually always go the extra mile to meet your needs.
There is a work schedule and routine to keep to, and its all written down and kept updated so all jobs are clear and with regular checks and reminders, its difficult to mess up.
Do less, let someone else run around.
Generally a friendly environment with a lot of regular customers and familiar faces.
Typical pub culture, depends on the team and customers' impact.
Its friendly and helpful
Decency and treating everybody equal to the highest standard and treating workmates like family so they will you in the same way
Very organised yet not very at the same time.
