Good and fun place to work. Nice benefits. The staff are always friendly and you feel motivated to do a good job. The clothing is nice and you receive a discount when you purchase anything from the store.

Awful, cold and unfriendly place to work
First of all yes it’s a big company, so you are going to be not treated amazingly. I was shocked at how little management care, you aren’t run through things properly, nobody is friendly very cold place to work. My first day they didn’t know my name, confused me with another new person and started me in the wrong department. When I arrived in the morning I wasn’t told how to get in so stood by the shutters until someone finally noticed to let me in. Extremely boring work especially if you’re downstairs, no windows, pretty cold and miserable conditions. I wasn’t given any contact info for my managers. You are a number to this company not a person. If you do not meet their sale numbers you will be personally scolded.
Stockroom Assistant in Liverpool City Centre, Merseyside

Sales Assistant in West London, Greater London
on 27 February 2021
Nice music but that’s it
If you are looking for a first job I would recommend because it requires a lot of hard work and determination as it’s your first job you will be excited. But anyone above 20 should not bother at all unless it’s a managerial position.

Horrible place to work. Most people get on with their jobs. Far too many team leaders with an chip on their shoulder. No job security, they absolutely rinse n repeat the agency scams assist pro man
