People are entitled to their opinion but I need to interject. JD are absolutely not racist, this is an absurd thing to say given how diverse this company is. The instructors are absolutely brilliant and do their job to the utmost perfection. Team leaders/supervisors are very supportive and work with 100% professionalism.
Because I relocate to UK
Bad pay is all I can say and unfairness, they don't give part-timers any member discount or purchase whatsoever and that's kinda ok for me but they expect you to reach your target and even if you do there's nothing to gain from them, no commission no nothing
Low wage and a 0 hour contract.
Terrible pay and bad management. They will tell you one thing and claim to have said something else and then expect you to do 3 jobs at once, e.g. serve a customer, give exceptional customer service and do your job for the store. Which I get is easy but to have the store job done first rather than caring about the customer service. Also couldn’t last long in that place because of the attitude from management.
Because the pay was bad. The gave me too many hours as a part timer even tho they knew I had school and exams. Managers were so horrible and wouldn’t give you the time of day. Horrible environment. Pressured to hit targets and I would work 9 hour shifts and only 1 hour break. And I’m those 9 hours I wasn’t allowed to sit down EVEN to tie a costumers shoe.
The worse job I have ever had and treating you like Salve They are racist, staff love talking rubbish behind new worker and former foreigners.
Horrible management and above!! No respect or care towards staff! A lot of favouritism and pettyness.
Management are very petty and childish.
Bad pay, unorganised, poor management
