Great place to work, but, sadly, still ruled by fear.
Great place to work, but, sadly, still ruled using fear. Bell-curve appraisal system designed to make people feel they are never quite good enough. Lots of politics and much more about whether your face fits and how well you tow the party line than about innovation and individuality. The criteria under which you are deemed to shine is very limited.

Worst place I have ever worked
I am a current employee and let me tell you if you are even considering applying for a job here. DON'T DO IT. Its a complete shambles. No and I mean no one knows what they are doing. From Onboarding to being onboard. The staff are all out to get you, don't trust them, don't tell them anything. They will use it against you. There is zero staff team spirit and none is encouraged. It's a nightmare on a daily basis. They love to talk about problems and document them. But they never do anything about them. Seniority is not respected. You are not trusted from day 1 and told you have to prove yourself. Also its like being at school regarding time management. They are a disgusting company I am desperate to get out ASAP. Everyone will say it takes 6 to 12 months to settle in and it takes time. It's not true. It's honestly the worst of the worst. Don't be taken in by their profits. Its easy for the sales guys they can promise anything to win business then everyone else has to pick up the pieces. DON'T DO IT. YOU'LL REGRET IT. I PROMISE.

Great company
Working at J P Morgan was a good experience. It's a very busy environment but you're fully supported. The hours can be long but you're rewarded with good bonuses. I enjoyed working there as they treated each person fairly! Good promotion prospects. Good benefits package.
