JPMorgan Chase & Co Employee Review

No ethics at all.

Offering enticements to onboard a million customers when you have very little staff is extremely unethical for both your front line employees and your customers. Working here was one of the most unprofessional and disorganised experiences of my life.If you come from a technical profession financial services background you want to stay far aware from here. They just hire anyone off the street and people are promoted and given better roles through nepotism.

Poor location, cramped office, management are not fit for their roles.

The company has a bullying culture that is from to bottom and if your face doesn't fit you will not succeed here.The culture needs to and management need to learn how treat staff with respect.

Too alike other call centres

Started off as a great job with training and acadamey but the second you join into a new team there is no support, your penalised down to what codes you were on and why you were a minute late back from break. They tell you in training that they don’t care about after call work and codes but it’s a lie your manager sends you the statistics every week and again complains if your below 95%. I found that every customer call was to complain about the service of chase and that made days very long with constant complaints. The shifts are terrible also they don’t go come and go with you in terms of times. Met some amazing people and some managers in the workplace were more helpful than others, if only the place could hire more managers who actually care about their team and helping them then it could potentially be a good job.

Worklife balance.

Excellent company to work for. Friendly colleagues, not to far to commute to.Parking onsite. Excellent training, clean environment. Good promotional prospects.
