What would you suggest Jacobs management do to prevent others from leaving?

    Not much else they can do - they're always working to bring in new processes and new rewards for staff. In my experience those that leave are normally going into a completely different industry or are leaving because they're not performing

  • Nothing. The company and CEO are very good to work for.

  • Re-hire their whole backroom staff
