Ridgid, inflexible and inequitable hierarchy and pay structure

Hierarchical, ridged, and inflexible. No reward for developing within a role or grade. Too many chasing their next promotion as quickly as possible.

Fast and prolific

Toxic - a culture of fear and blame exists with everyone out for themselves. Very little team working in my experience. Business behaviours are only paid lip service. Senior Mangers & Directors seem to be on a power trip.
