Warehouse Operative in Preston
on 5 July 2022
Most people where good to work with, some where not.
There are certain elements, when it comes to health & safety what makes me feel very unsafe.I also get the impression unless you have a relative working for the company eg,management you have little or no chance of progressing.i was also told this by other staff members.

Productive and fun workplace, lots of different roles in different departments
Performance based order picking job. Good wages if keeping up your performance without too many mistakes. (They deduct money of your wages for every mistake) Great management, fun and competitive atmosphere at work. Flexible starting times, overtime often available. Every week you are being assigned different day off, its entirely up to you if you want to stay home, do half a day or full day for extra pay (150%). Highly recommended

Fun workplace
Okay place to work. People are good to work with. Job gets easier once you know the regular customers. It pays minimum wage but doesn't ask the world of you so it's not too bad.

Rubbish
The company itself just care about taking money! Senior management are not bothered about the staff and have no time for them! Aslong as things are the way they want them they don’t care if they are throwing money in the bin! I have never worked for a company that makes their staff feel so unwanted and not valued! Pay is rubbish too and don’t expect to have time off because even if it’s your only day off in 3 weeks they will tell you to cover a shift and you have to do it!
