Some roles may require more than one interview. Depending on the vacancy the recruitment process may involve some form of testing or a presentation but you will be kept up to date with what is required for each vacancy.

Hours are set but they have compulsory overtime which are given when busy

A lot of the departments here are target driven as it's production / manufacturing / transport etc and that means it's fast paced and sometimes very changeable - you have to be flexible and able to adapt.
