Please feel welcome to search for our current employees on LinkedIn to ask them any questions you have about working at JMG directly; they would be happy to help!
I used to hate going into the pitstop meetings and listening to monotonous rubbish that I really didn’t care about. Thankfully I’m out of there now and don’t need to hear it ever again, just feel sorry for the people still there.
Dreaded it , knowing that each day I would be fighting to do what’s morally and ethically right for the customer to make a difference, that the management would be ineffective in any changes needed for that day , unless the customer doesnt mind waiting a few weeks while management debated things in countless boardroom meetings to discus and for the relevant section manager to give them a call nearly a month later . Deflated knowing that all my long hard work for that day would not be appreciated, and for it to be picked apart to reduce my bonus at the end of the month and believe me the reasons behind it gets seriously petty , you ask for proof of their reasons and they refuse . In the end though I enjoyed it because I had the upper hand , i now no longer cared or was interested , I gave up trying knowing my notice had been handed in and it would not be long till I started my new job
Motivated to go to work and make a difference
