Very positive- we have great brands and a very strong shareholder.
It’s bleak , car industry is in serious decline , Jardine are not a group that care about individual customer needs , just customer numbers and figures count. Get them in and out charge as much as you can and upsell as much as you dare. Jardine also have a very long history of advertising wrong salary and bonuses at application stage then changing bonus structure within different departments thereafter. So with worrying times ahead I imagine this issue is only going to get worse. Your only a member of staff your a nobody so easily replaced , 4 technicians walked out because of bonus pay , no care given by management of any level. They are also a company that is on gender equality rather than getting the right people in the right positions, on the other hand if you don’t like gossiping then this company probably is not for you.
