From our exit interviews, we know the main reason colleagues leave us is due to change in career, often relating to career progression.
We invest heavily in career development but understand we can’t always fulfil the exact career path / time scale of promotion that colleagues are looking for due to low levels of attrition in our business. However, we proactively keep in touch with those who leave the Group, with many re-joining.
Because either I would have my senses back or I rediscovered the meaning of honesty and integrity.
I am only leaving because they can not offer me a permanent role at present.
