    Life at JMG is underpinned by our company values; Judgement, Ownership, Leadership, Integrity & Passion. We refer to these values as “JOLIP”, and across JMG, these values are at the core of all that we do, being demonstrated and developed in our colleagues each day.

    When it comes to training and development, we’re passionate about investing in our colleagues, working together to define opportunities; helping them be the very best that they can be. This could be through internally managed training courses & informal up-skilling, manufacturer training & accreditations or funded study.

    It’s not just offering opportunity to becoming the best at what you do that is important to us, opportunities for career progression are too, with support routes available for those open to training to step up when the time is right.

  • If you have a monotone voice and no people skills you will go far within the company. Ask the H.O.B. at Oldham Audi

  • If your face fits, keep the company line and not speak out and brown nose the right people you will get on fine.
    If you have a brain and some integrity then you will be managed out of the business

  • You have some people who know change is needed and a dynamic approach in management is essential but unfortunately they are powerless and unwilling for fear of losing job and reduced bonus , your face fits and you do as directed regardless the impact to yourself , your colleagues and the customer or you speak out and will have very little chance of success . This shows as the staff turn over is major problem across the whole Jardine network and departments ,. It’s part of the culture to make false promises and those that are kept it is part of the company policy that those at the top work out new ways to change it especially bonus structure , you will experience more changes in contract than you will , staff meetings, team briefings or team building. The reality of the company’s integrity and ethics falls flat as is a big disappointment from the hard sell in training. Although this does and will make you appreciate and value the next company you work for so there are positives

  • People don’t matter only hard cash is important

  • I believe strong overall but the people bit needs significant focus not what I expected.
