I started in October at the Connection centre, from day 1 it was very welcoming and the interview process was very smooth and there was a lot of support throughout..On the first day at the office, all management team were very warm and welcoming - as the day went on it felt like I’ve known them all for years and they are all easy to get along with5/6 months down the line, I am working from home which is great as it gives me a work/home life balance, although I am working from home I still have amazing support from my colleagues and management - they are all literally only a call/message away!The training is outstanding - so now we are independent and capable of dealing with situations/problems even when not present at the connections centre..It is a good job role and it keeps your busy and productive, aswell as a lot of problem solving tasks to deal with customers who need your full attention and professional supportI would definitely recommend this job to everyone as it’s very flexible, the people you work with are lovely and generally just a great environment Finally, although everyone is busy with meetings and tasks, ALL Team leaders/management are there for you every step of the way and they do an amazing job - day in day outI wouldn’t change anything for the world #ConnectionCentreFamily

Was a decent place to work until the new manager took over but i hear she has a reputation so be wary of her if you disagree with her conduct she will do anything to get you out

Please look at other jobs, before you apply to work at the Company. No lunch time, long hours, out side of normal hours, Saturday morning. Every one just pass the book,
