If your willing to let this company be in your face 24/7 ,365 then you will do fine, if you value your life and have a voice and stand up for yourself you won’t fit in , your expected to work after hours and be contacted for any reason at a moment’s notice , saying no is not expected , there is a culture amongst certain staff , who tell tales to managers . There are better places to work

All roles can work from home. In sales However limited access would be needed to the physical site for some job roles but the workshop cannot work from home.
