Terrible place to work, specifically within production, long hours, shift pattern plus over time sucks the life from you, lack of tools and resources for the job roles, production managers unprofessional, they challenge minor details as to avoid real production issues, highlight a real concern and they scratch their heads in despair, treatment of agency workers is shocking, no opportunity to progress, poor training and poor conditions. Avoid if possible.

Test Technician in Littleport, Cambridgeshire

A great place to work and very health and safety conscious. High quality products but not very organised with training in new skills. Good pay but sadly due to a drop in sales they have made a lot of redundant.

Training is very limited and not readily available. There is a culture of "its not my job"
Many difficult and long days. Access to management is not good. Some departments rarely see their team manager. Training is limited, no training structure plan in place for many departments.
