When left to run all was good
Very good reputable company unfortunateky what they promise and what you receive are not always the same. Very long hrs expected to do overtime I myself was doing 80 hr weeks at times due to no staff and no recruiting

Better than the rest
Its better than any other bookmakers cos the company structure is you can communicate to the boss him self if you feel like and I would come back to you.. feel valuable

Friendly and supportive colleagues and management!
Since my time at Jenningsbet, I have thoroughly enjoyed my whole experience. My colleagues are super supportive and have trained me really well. From going from someone who had never worked in a betting shop before to now someone completing their management assessments, I feel extremely proud in myself and that is all thanks to support I have received from everyone at Jenningsbet. Everyone is so friendly and working here you have that personal level with everyone where you feel respected (and not just like a number)

Amazing job
Amazing company , I’ve been there for 4 years. Everyone that works there is just amazing and management is like your family they will be there for you in storm and sunshine. It just motivates you to give more for this job . They are understanding and supportive and they don’t have a big corporate culture so they understand common sense and won’t put you in a position we’re you can not use your judgment. As a customer service role they understand that you are there to give the best customer service on behalf of JenningsBet so take it like this , you take care of the business and the customers and they care if you .

Do yourswlf a favour and look elsewhere
They expect all the help you can give but also expect you to take a paycut to help the company out by doing overtime. Overtime paid at less than your hourly rate. Ever heard of that before? No me neither. Unsociable hours, unhelpful management and it will be your own fault.Simy don't do it.
