amateur and wasteful approach to spending other people's money
A nepotistic, poorly run organisation that promote people way beyond their abilities. Far too many managers having far too many meetings, where attendees simply talk about how wonderful they are and what an essential service they provide the community, when the reality is that these services are hanging by a thread and ony still exist due to donors not having a clue how their money is being wasted. Poor pay for an expectancy to work well over your allotted hours per week. They don't care about the average member of staffCare Assistant in Brighton

stressful workplace
very little money for the work you are going to do, The shifts are 12 hours in which you don't even have time to go to the bathroom, They have cut staff because they don't have money and the few of us who continue working are exploiting us, And when you go to Complaining they tell you to your face that they already know. The very bad colleagues, they don't want to teach you, what's more, they keep their knowledge as if it were a treasure, they don't like new people, neither do the residents themselves who humiliate you for being new. It is a very hostile environmentCare Assistant in Hove
