I enjoyed working at Jewish Care for 12 years.
A typical working day is very busy. I leaned about computer programmes and customer care skills. Management were helpful, listened to any problems and acted on them. Amazing culture, every customer and member of staff respected. Solving problems quickly. A really interesting and rewarding place to work with an amazing work atmosphere.

Gone to pot
When your face doesn't fit anymore your done no HR support and unfortunately it’s going to be your fault when that particular issue has reached senior level because the support you need just isn’t there.

Jewish care is one of the best charity organisation to work for.
I have worked with different Jewish organisation. I like the fact that the organisation is well organised.. all staff atends full training before they start working and lots of refresh courses are given in between. Moreover, working atmosphere gives you opportunity to set your realistically goals about what you can be done at work and at the same timeenjoy and have fun. Staff are so relaxed and positive while working. Team leaders and managers are very supportive..

Fun at work place, typical day at work, work place culture and most enjoyable working with vulnerable people
Good and typical day at work. And work place culture and working well with fellow staff and the most enjoyable part of work to work with vulnerable groups and listening to their views.
