Poor wages

The job itself is easy enough but start times can be all over the place The biggest issue is the poor wages especially the weekend rates There's alot better jobs out there that pay better I would honestly avoid this job as the wages are poor

Terrible work place staff/management terrible communication

Self employed role but was given false information when I started. Exhausting tough and not rewarding

Worked with this company for almost a year now and it’s not a good company. Can be delivering anywhere from 250-300 parcels a day in busy areas. Don’t have any time what so ever for toilet/food breaks. Management are awful. Can cut your route last minute even if you have already set off. Have to follow every little procedure if your want your 5 days which is almost impossible to do whilst you have...

Good people competitive pay

You get out what you put in. Good support in place to help you learn and weekly pay.Would recommend if looking for delivery work. DHL is very supportive of routes also

Horrendous workplace in regards to pay

Don't listen to their 2 weeks minimum payment system. They under charge you for the van the first week then the second they over charge you. The depots give you the worse rated routes so you get paid less than anyone there. Don't go making expenses less than £20 as that's their way of not paying tax. As a veteran, I'd recommend staying away from this business
