Change management and actually support staff instead of treating them like dirt
They need to listen to staff......biggest problem is managers all "in" with each other, so any problems staff have, never get fixed.
Get in new managers! They’re one word - bullies.
Nothing as they don't listen
Listen to the staff, actually make changes, don't just talk about it, enforce changes, don't make promises to try and keep staff happy when you don't carry them out.
