Great place to work
Great place to work, fun working environment, can at times be understaffed and you arent paid for better performance. As an experienced partner you are paid the same as a newly starting 16 year old!

Good company to work for
This was my first job and the training provided was great. The employees on my section had been working there for a long time, but made me feel at home straight away. Not too much focus on KPIs, the customer was everything. Progression is there if you want it, but no pressure if you're happy in your current role.

Interview questions

I went to one recently august 2021. You’ll have to introduce yourselves. Normally there’s 8 people in the group interview and split into 2 teams but in my interview we only had 4 people . The group interview was 5 scenarios we had to answer as a group . The individual one , you go to a room and speak to like the managers. The questions I got asked was why you wanna work here , any challenges you’ve face , how did I deal with it . Time you showed really good customer service , mainly talking about ur experience .( Any fun facts about your self )
