Assessment day, individual interview if successful you attend training. Training is three weeks. No course notes provided. Then thrown into the deep end.

Firstly answer the questionnaire online. Once you succeed, you’ll be offered an interview. This will consist of a group interview followed by an individual interview. Dress smartly and show independence in answers.
