What would you suggest John Lewis & Partners management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Stop other staff from taking it upon themselves to “train” a new starter. Being bombarded for 8 hours with how things are done, until your head is spinning, is not what management should allow to happen.

  • Make sure any partner who F's at another member of staff who has work there yrs and promote person whos sworn at them. Don't let managers tell person who has been sworn at maybe they should work on their own if they cant work with the agressive partner

  • More monies
    good top managers

    shorter working days

    no weekend working

  • Management get paid more however do less.... panic when there is a visit and then no one cares how the store , department or PARTNERS are... no order or structure......what happed to WE ARE ONE !!!!!

  • Stop bullying partners because you are jelous. Stop hanging up on partners. Stop lying when questioned . Stop falsifying witness statements to get people in trouble. The management can ruin someone if one of them doesn't like you. And you have absolutely no chance.

  • Stop being dishonest bullies.

  • Stop bullying staff, stop having favourites, and finally listen to partners

  • Stop bullying partners and threatening them with job loss.
Stop being underhand and then covering up for unfair and bad treatment

  • I recommend John Lewis listen to partners not tell them to make votes on Google plus real people real voices they are just making it ridiculas for people to speak and all of this ping pong back and forward in a department is confusing for partners and no more work gets done because there no time to do it and u have to be on to the next it's like a obstical course ridiculous is not the word so happy I left if I never had a job I never work for them ever again

  • Stop bullying the staff, actually do some work rather than walk about with a look of superiority on your face. Know what your talking about and stop the constant gossiping, managers stand in groups chatting then reprimand staff for chatting. Try and make standing in one spot for hours on end a little more interesting or fun.
