    It’s a dictatorship.

    All decisions are made and then partners are forced to agree with it or shown the door

  • It is partnership in some areas. Discussions, talking... yes. But rather typical company with hierarchy and some great ideas from the past that need tidying from dust.

  • More than a partnership, I would like to call it a family. Of course, not all the places are like that but in my experience, JL treats it's employees as human beings and really respectfully, and what you think matters.
