Using the skills and experience of our in-house Learning and Development team and external development agencies, we are helping our employees to grow and to have the right tools to be the future rising stars of our business. In 2018 our Learning and Development team beat off stiff competition to win a prestigious Talent Management Award for our in-house Academy at the Personnel Today Awards. Feedback from participants in our Johnsons Academy has shown that the confidence and skill of the people involved increased considerably over a 12 month period with over 70% of Academy members promoted to a new position within our organisation over an 18 month period.
