Great place to work
I loved my job at Jollyes has its ups and downs as does any job but the relationship you have with customers and their pets beats any stresses. The only downside would be what’s expected of you in your role vs how much they pay you as you have to be knowledgeable in a lot of areas

rough
a difficult place to work. staff can be pleasant and I've made good friends there but overall its a very stressful work environment. it can be a toxic environment and the animal welfare leaves something to be desired.

Stressful
Stressful, short staff and management not very thankful for staff’s hard work. Staff room was not great either, very dirty and not a place to eat and relax

Alright for someone who doesn’t want to progress
Fast paced. Low wage. Another grind culture job that expects everything from you but gives you nothing in return. Expected to work yourself to the bone for minimum wage with no benefits whatsoever. Absolutely no routes for progression and new intuitive ideas or changes are not recognised in this workplace.

Don’t do it
If you want a career and a company that support you then I would look elsewhere I was bullied out of this company and after reporting situations nothing was done about it management are lazy and only care about profit not their staff
