The education company that needs a lesson in business management

Toxic culture of management wanting to be seen even though they aren’t sure what they are supposed to be doing. Many schools have paid for work that has not been delivered in over two years and this is because the sales staff were left to sell and overpromise on everything for a long time and the management team didn’t even notice this was happening until it was too late. A lot of schools won’t touch them now with a barge pole even though the schools themselves depended on the companies Juniper bought out in order to operate. The mismanagement got so bad that the company hired people and then put them through a redundancy process two months later while sacking people on the spot without even giving them a reason. Never known a company like it. Looking at the paperwork filed with companies house shows there are clear issues with their finances, all the jobs they are advertising for are roles are just going to add to the debt the company is in so it is easy to conclude where this company is heading.

Terrible company to work for

Since acquiring allot of small businesses over a short amount of time the company has gone down hill massively. Incredibly high turnover rates, pay is nowhere near being competitive and upper management have no sense of direction.
