Outdated working policies

Minimal to no chance of career progression, micromanaging supervisors. Pressure to do overtime, and very little support. Lots of good things spouted about mental health well being etc. But in reality none of it is truly practiced or embedded in the culture. It felt like quite the opposite.

Awful workplace, absolute shambles with vile staff

By far the worst place I’ve ever worked at. Horrible working environment where the staff are very sneaky and backstabbing and will exclude you from events. The staff are all very unfriendly and unwelcoming and there is a clique.
