was a great place to work, with really good managers and senior level staff, great working times and pace and great teamwork, only thing that ever let it down was chefs coming in will bad work ethics

I think I overrated with 3*,very disappointed with the Company.

I worked for this Company for 2years,first year we had a very nice team with a wonderful manager,after they replace the manager and everything changed. This Company doesn’t care about its employees,all it care is about profits. Very poor management ,and the payment is minimum wage...unless the client pays you

Great colleagues but the pay is unfair given the expectations.

Great people - great culture, probably needs to catch up with the size of itself and get a larger and more experienced management team who are experienced with running such a large operation if it wants to retain staff for longer.

Good working environment

Just Hospitality is a small but great company to work for. Great team. Average salary The management needs to be more organised, and staff efforts should be more recognise. Ex give more incentives, instead of the usual thank you.
