JustNurses agency nurse

Staff Nurse (Current Employee) - Northern Ireland England - 27 March 2022

Worked for JustNurses in England and in Northern Ireland. Application process is the usual length for agency- took just over a month depending on your references. Process was easy if you have all of your files together ready to go, online training is easy and quick - no lengthy slides to flick thorugh can do tests straight away. You get a consultant who you converse with through message once started with them (i used whatsapp) this process is so so easy to book shifts/cancel/chat, I have worked with a few agencys (5 in total) and i rate JustNurses the highest! The fact you have a manager on hand pretty much 24/7 to speak to (they have oncall) it just makes life so simple. I worked nightshift for just under 2 years as an agency A&E nurse & JustNurses as far as agencys go were my favourite - I would highly recommend

Rate of pay, travel expenses, holiday pay, friendly & helpful management, ease of booking shifts

Cons

Working as an A&E nurse - lol

Good pay rates. The staff are very helpful and aefficient booking shifts for you. Flexible working hours to suit yourself is a big perk of the job.

Great service

The best agency I have worked for! My consultant is so supportive and always there to help, nothing is too much trouble. Never an issue with pay, always paid correctly and on time. Would recommend JustNurses to any nurse!

Didnt get paid for a month while on weekly pay

They dont pay you in time . And you have to call for weeks and they take you around .Can you imagine not being paid for a month while you are supposed to be paid weekly. Avoid this agency
