Great wee place to work
Clydebank kfc is one of the best places I’ve worked in. I left my job to go to kfc as I needed something closer to home and that I could work round college. Kfc make sure your happy in your job. I felt so welcome from my first day. The staff are brilliant most of them have worked there for years so that says something.

Awful place to work. Worst managers.
Managers treat staff awfully. If there is an incident between a manager and a mamber of staff ie. A miss communication, the manager will do nothing but put the blame on you and scream at you. Your mental health will become worse working there. They treat you horrendously. Awful hours. Unbelievable amount of stress. Staff members will get all the blame for something as to make the managers seem better. If you're feeling unwell or sick they do not let you leave unless they 'like you'. Extreme favoritism and pack mentality from managers. Do not work here. Ever

Would avoid
Great as they work around your schedule but other than that I wouldn’t recommend. No trust within the shop, people get talked about all the time it’s like being at high school all over again. Not paid enough to deal with abuse.

Fantastic company
As a restaurant manager I would like to say how great this company has been to me. I believe they are a company that believes in people foremost treating everyone as a family member.Pay is in your hands with a terrific bonus scheme which is far better than I have had before. All of my above store leaders are approachable and treat me with respect I would certainly recommend this company to everyone it has simply been the best company I have ever worked for. The biggest compliment I could say is I would be happy if anybody in my family said that they wanted to work for Amsric

Interview questions

They asked if i had any experience in this team member job role which i did not. They also asked why i would like to be a part of KFC restaurants.

Shared on 28 October 2019

Asked me more about my holiday than requirements for the job but did ask about my personality. They ask you to do a rap in a group of people you met an hour ago, build a KFC house out of straws and do an ice breaker of "who am i", they also ask you why you want to work at KFC and why you applied/where you applied.

What days can you work. what makes you think you would make a good addition to the team.
