They literally just ask if you've worked anywhere else before and they take your word for it
They gave me a background check and an on-the spot drug test, so yeah.
No experience required, just that you are relatively confident and positive. Ideal as a first job. I received the job on the same day as my interview and started working within 7 days of that. Online training can take several hours to complete before you are allowed on the shop floor.
