If you can spell your name and count to ten you have got the job
It is called an 'assessment day', where I attended a store and, with a group of fellow candidates, worked together on tasks, and they were intended for the manager to indicate who was good at teamwork and who struggled.
Just prove yourself that you are the person they should take upon to work.
Easy and efficient
Meeting with the manager, the manager asking questions about when I am able
To work, why I think I should get the position and more questions about me and how I work as part of a team.
Bad, they don't care, you're human fodder to them, do not apply.
Quick and easy.
I attended a group interview in the KFC office.
We were given some group activities to complete and got asked a lot of questions. How we reacted and worked during this session depended on whether we got the job or not.
When I joined the interview process was shocking. I went in and they wanted my passport and just asked me why I wanted to work here and when I could work. They also had basic questions about the store I had to answer and was offered the job on the spot and started 4 days later, even tho they didn't have my uniform.
Good and very polite
