Not the worst but definitely not the best, and questionnaires often of such poor quality that kids at school could do better. So poor that anything similar used for HND coursework would fail. Half the project managers got where they are through blagging it. You need to remember, very few organisations continue to rigorously check qualifications once you're in, other than the Civil Service. There are many people in top paid, professional jobs, who've lied about their qualifications to get where they are!

Kantar will take pretty much anyone who is breathing. The training is nominal and you are pretty much sent into the field to sink or swim.
