Telephone Interviewer in Home Based
Not consistent work
Pros. I really enjoy working for the company.Really friendly people. All home working Interviews were really great experience Training was very goodEasy system to install and very user friendly systemCons. Since mid December there has not been enough work for us all. Not allocated any shifts for ages, even though available
Helpful, approachable, informative.
I am thoroughly enjoying my time with kantar, my position is that of a worker and temporary. I would be very interested in a similar permanent position.

Awful job awful company
Awful job. Awful company to work for. No opportunity for staff to be given some kind of counselling or advice regarding the grief we endure from the people we have to call. This job severely interfered with my mental health and I dreaded going to every shift. I ended up in the toilet crying on numerous occasions due to the rudeness of some of the people I had to speak to. The managers just didn't seem to care about their employees. I am not the only one who feels this way. Biggest mistake of my life applying for a job at this hellhole. Leaving was the best thing I have ever done.

work itself can be bit boring but worth the pay
the job isn't bad however they mostly give zero hour contracts and hours are terribly unreliable, only recommend this job if you have a second as it is difficult to survive of the wages being so inconsistent
