The most useful review selected by IndeedGot plenty of shifts offered while employed. Management was nice although nwver met in person as its agency. Got plenty of training provided and communication was good if anything was needed. Only downside was would often get called to work despite knowing you were on holiday but other than that was good. Pay could have definitely been more competitive.

Hard job

Had a very difficult time there. Hard job to do without a car. Management issues. Favouritism. Rota issues. This was over 5 years ago so don’t know what it’s like now

The Director is great and very supportive. There is always plenty of shifts. Many lovely and interesting homes to work in, with lovely residents and staff.

Payroll

My take home payment was less then £1000 when I left the company but the payroll department might have thought it would be fun if they would report fake earnings on the amount of £2400 to the HMRC department regarding me.They clearly don't know what they are doing, the management is just to busy trying to sell the franchises that they don't actually see or want to know whats happening just under their noses.

very rude manager i go for training 3 days and i don’t like work it’s far from my house he didn’t pay me for my travel expense and my time i never recommend this company to any one .

Work with KarePlus for a while. Very supportive and caring office team and management. They always care about the staff members and try to help as much as they can, never leaving staff in trouble. Always listen and find the best possible solution. Promotes the safety and well-being of the staff. Offers shifts depending on skills, knowledge and preferences of the staff. The staff can choose where and when to work depending on the staff's availability.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Travelling and sometimes very early morning phone calls if they need cover. Good place to work, friendly staff and good support. No 2 days are the same. Fast pace job. Will definitely continue to work here. Travelling from location to location can be challenging. You have to love providing care to continue

The hardest part of the job I think is driving from client's house to house. Can be time-consuming and frustrating with traffic. The management team is lovely though.

Awful management. Unprofessional. Take work off you without letting you know. No travel time between calls. Awful experience. AVOID! Nothing ever stays confidential.

Variety of Shifts

The process of starting work here was very quick it helps if you have a DBS. Always shifts available in a variety of settings. Pay is very good and always paid on time. You may be required to travel for shifts.
