Work with KarePlus for a while. Very supportive and caring office team and management. They always care about the staff members and try to help as much as they can, never leaving staff in trouble. Always listen and find the best possible solution. Promotes the safety and well-being of the staff. Offers shifts depending on skills, knowledge and preferences of the staff. The staff can choose where and when to work depending on the staff's availability.

Variety of Shifts

The process of starting work here was very quick it helps if you have a DBS. Always shifts available in a variety of settings. Pay is very good and always paid on time. You may be required to travel for shifts.

Poor management

Great carers however the management are poor and it doesn’t help that the shift coordinator is the managers mum so they team up together and are not professional. As soon as you’re unable to work a shift even with sufficient notice they start to play around with your shifts. At first you’ll get offers 24/7 all day and night but as soon as you’re unavailable or have to cancel all of a sudden you get 2 shifts sometimes less a week. Very interesting how the reviews are all made around the same date and the old ones have been removed.
