Not so great

Management has went downhill. They don't care about you or your needs. Just get the job done regardless of broken machinery or staff absences. Money is OK but you pay for it in terms of stress and being pushed to the max. Struggle to get people who want to take responsibility so workload gets pushed down to other staff. Upper management, one person imparticular, is so out of touch with the job and workload and expect far too much.

Terrible managers who don't understand how to do most of their own jobs, hiring the worst people who should never be allowed near an animal let alone look after them

good place to work i would recommend working for them. i learned a lot and received a lot of support.its a pity they relocated from Chesterfield to Scunthorpe or i would still be working for them.the hardest part of the job was the lifting and there wasn't a lot of that.i obtained my food hygiene part 2 which is a good qualification to have

Good place to work, nice shift and people, fast paced enviroment, sometimes can be busy, overtime avaliable, canteen with hot food, 3 breaks during the day

Came over from being on the agency, very happy i did. I enjoy the role and location is easy for me. The hours fit well for my family and the pay is good.

Agency then full time

I worked there through the agency for several months. There was a cold environment and it was difficult for me, so I had to leave this place. I did not get any contract and the job was unstable.

The team we work with is very polite and effective. We work together and ensure that workloads are equally distributed among all team members. I learned many different skills.
