  • STOP constantly stalking staff and THE YP via your phones that is what the Employer does 24/ 7 you have been none stopped watched. This is the violation of the Human rights for all concerned. GET A LIFE.

  • The Ceo’s Need to Stop treating trying to control everything and let the managers manage. Support the young people more and stop treating staffs like slaves and they won’t walk out on you

  • Because of their awful Management and modern slavery style the company was taken to the court last year and bad history repeats itself this year too.

  • Don't be racist. Dont employ horrible managers like the current one. In Bedfordshire. You wouldn't leave your pets with her let alone vulnerable YP. Don't use vulnerable. Children for your own personal gains and abuse staff and don't be in this field just for making money. BE HUMAN. ( if you can of course but it good to try go on don't be shyyyyy!!! try I promise being a good human being is really good)

  • The employer is racist and awful place

  • To show a little respect for the young people and staff and to remember Without them you will have no business. Also you should get a life a stop stalking the young people and staff on the cameras it is weird.

  • Care about other people’s feelings. Staff and the young people in the home. Have respect. Not treat people like animals. The management are not supportive and I would not recommend anyone to work there

  • Be human and stop thinking about money.
