Honestly one of the worst jobs I’ve had to date. And that was working in the control room let alone being out on the road. 12 hour shifts with break times given to you. No kitchen or anything! Spoken to and treated like dirt. Owner doesn’t care one bit. Your paid a daily wage £8.50 at the time(£1 a hour attendance bonus) but if you took holiday you’d lose that and be on £7.50 a hour. Bad working conditions. Hated it. Avoid this company like the plague.

So called 12 hour shifts 4days on and 2off, only did 12hour shift if you were strong willed and dnt take the bullying from managers

Gave no help at all staff . No gloves , wipes , sanitizer, masks . NOTHING AT ALL . Left to fend for ourselves . Shame on them , shame . Not surprised though . Staff not valued at kavanagh .

Have u any commitments. Have you worked on cars. Have u a full licence . Do you have any points. Etc

No longer trading, laid us all off via email, no warning! But should of seen it coming when moved all vehicles and workshop equipment from Croydon depot to the farm in Kent, 'less for the liquidators to seize'
