Good, the work is hard but rewarding
This is an awful place to work. Get shouted and screamed at everyday.
I have worked here over 10 years and can quite fairly say many aspects have improved with new ownership. This includes being happy when coming to work! The fact that it rains on your back in the lake district is par for the course! ;-)
Feeling of utter doom, knowing that you will probably be the next person to be made redundant
