Service users are the only good thing
Fantastic company when you start then after 6 months all the work and pressure is piled on you. Some colleagues were so welcoming some were sucking up to management

Great company to work with
I am pretty new to Kensington however my experience so far has been great. Management have been supportive and the other carers are friendly and helpful, and so far I am enjoying my job.

Horrible company to work for!
The wage advertised is HIGHLY MISLEADING, you are only paid from the moment you step into a service users house and with some calls lasting as little as 10 minutes you're LITERALLY paid pennies. You will easily spend twice the amount on petrol that they give you for any mileage you cover. Ultimately this job profits off EXPLOITING individuals in desperate need of a job or money. Management is RUDE and DISMISSIVE, they could not care any less if you are over worked and exhausted. They have a clear LACK OF RESPECT for their staff, changing rotas last minute either taking away calls or adding calls without notifying you. They will send you to areas that you cannot cover despite however long it may take you to get there, and of course you have to get there on your own personal time as you are NOT PAID for this either. AVOID the company like the plague.
