The folks at Kensington Group can help you finance your royal palace. The lending company offers a variety of products (including prime, self-certified, and buy-to-let mortgages) to help borrowers purchase homes and refinance them. The company, a subsidiary of Investec, has traditionally specialized in assisting non-standard borrowers with irregular incomes or those who are self employed. However, the company has fled the subprime market to offer less risky products as the result of the troubled economy. The company also offers home insurance. Kensington sells its products direct-to-customer and through mortgage brokers and intermediaries such as High Street banks, insurance companies, and real estate agents.

Mission: Our mission is to help brokers secure a mortgage agreement for their clients – whether that’s for a home or buy to let property. It’s why we’re always looking at ways we can make our lending criteria as flexible as possible, why we instruct valuations within one working day, and why our dedicated Business Development Managers are here to help.

Pay does not match the work you do.

Salary is not great at all! You might get an annual bonus once a year but it is not enough for the work you do for the entire year... Very exhausting job.

Avoid at all costs!

Terrible company to work for. Rushed training that’s more online learning. Equipment given doesn’t work and then you’re blamed. Literally told me If I don’t leave I will be sacked because I needed 2 days off due to a family bereavement. Management our power happy yet completely unprofessional like drinking during teams meetings. Just avoid at all costs

Good company to work for

Enjoyed my time working here; management in a nut shell are firm but fair which is a good thing. They were always helpful and supportive in my personal experience and if you needed extra training in a particular area they were happy to provide this
