Structure needs addressing
Senior managers need to walk a mile in thier teams shoes. Making decisions that are not the best without collaborating with the managers directly beneath them. Resulting in loss of time and efficiency when wasn't necessary.Different rules for different people.Other departments get shift allowance while others don't, even though they work same shift?Employee retention very poor.No development for hard working individuals.

Profit before People
Forced into doing the impossible then harassed and shouted at when it can't be done.More interested in cutting costs for bigger profits than making the job achievable. Constantly wanting to cut staff numbers/overtime costs even when already understaffed.Production and output is all they care about, not the stressed, burnt out, overworked staff.

There is a lot of rules due to food production but you soon get used to them and they become second nature. Most people speak Russian and a few speak English - all the team leaders speak English. There is free parking with 24hr security and a great canteen.

Stress and cold invoirement for 270£ a week
No training provided, they just put you on the line on max speed and watching you suffer. 1 brake 45min for full shift and only 36.2 hours played, comparing to all the rules you have to keep it's definitely not worth it. In 4 words Look For Something Else. (just an advice)

Loved working here it was totally different, varied and something to learn every day
I worked at HR Coordinator for a brief spell and would highly recommend it. Great experience and very varied. It's not for everyone but you will learn more in a shorter time within Kepak Factory sites that most other roles. Lots of changes happening on the site I worked at and with that came challenges but everyone is really down to earth and easy to worth through things with.
