Working with Kering was pretty neat, however it was a requirement for school. It was a bit difficult, as is all group work, but overall a positive experience.

It's better if you're French...and needs to know people to progress in the company otherwise forget it. If you don't speak French, you're going to suffer with the emails.
Pros
Private insurance, food vouchers, working hours
Cons
A lot of fake people, specially management.
If you’re hired on a fixed term contract (as most people are so they don’t have to give them all benefits) you’re looking at missing out on: internal mobility, attending events, no discounts at all in any of their brands, no bonus, regardless of how long your contract is.
They said they’re not ready as a company to allow flexible working once a week for their employee ax
Pros
Looks good on CV
Cons
No projection, no flexible working, no bonus or discount if fixed term contract
Overall work life balance was awful, people would judge you for leaving on time. Lots of people in the business would work until 7/8pm and expect you to do the same. No clear direction from management - aswell as lack of nurturing from managers to want to see thier employees grow. Lack of communication overall with business developments.
