Great company to work for

Health Care Support Worker (Current Employee) - Grantham, Lincolnshire - 25 April 2022

Relatively new to this role but have been a carer for many years and feel that Key2Care is a great company to work for. Feel well supported and easy to approach management with great support from HR too. A little slow to provide a uniform but lots of PPE to hand so not too much of an issue. Bank contract so am able to choose my hours which really suits. Lots of opportunity for extra shifts, great e-learning and lots of concise clear policies. caring can be tough but so rewarding
