A mess
First of all I once left my phone in my pocket, genuine mistake, got chewed out by 3 people. I felt like an awful human being the way they talked at me. You also never felt apart of the place, very cliquey. Some girls hated each other so much they couldn’t even be in the same room as each other! Mental health support is awful, it was very obvious I had troubles, and nobody was helpful.

Unsupportive and stressful
Staff aren't friendly, you have to be a certain type of person to fit in with them, and if you're not the type of person then you will know about it. They don't include you. They don't support you if you're struggling. The nursery centres are always short staffed and you're constantly sent to other centres. When sent to other centres in a taxi, the cost can be around £60. There isn't staff parking in some centres, and there isn't any staff appreciation for all the work you do.

Very friendly team
Lovely place to work. Fabulous resources, outdoor area for each unit and, best of all, an amazing team of friendly, well trained, supportive staff from management through to apprentices.

Working with children isn't for everyone, but if it is for you, you will have great fun!
Really enjoyed my time at kids allowed, it's great meeting new people. There does seem to be a lot of pressure to be the best and constant pressure to be providing the best for the children, but the support in the rooms was great. Working with kids is not for everyone.
