Fun workplace
It’s a fun exciting place to work where you are constantly supported by management however nursery staff in general are underpaid and overworked so this is always an issue
Nursery Practitioner in Manchester, Greater Manchester

No specific eyfs training, put straight into a room to figure it out. Very low on resources/activities for children. Poor management, low moral amongst staff.

Understaffed and mistakes made
Lots of mistakes made due to management, management try to pass off blame on others is cover it up as if it never happened. Staff that have been there a long time are amazing but they get no support due to constant agency staff being in that aren’t the best
Nursery Practitioner in Wallasey, Merseyside

Amazing place to work, brilliant staff and managment
Amazing place where you are made to feel welcome from day one. The children are the centre of everything and are offered some amazing experiences and learning opportunities. Plenty of chances to progress and be praise. Always get the resources needed and an amazing location to some great days out.
Room Leader in Warrington, Cheshire

Horrendous place to work
Understaffed constantly whilst staff at head office are enjoying 'spa and wellbeing' days. Serious incidents occur and management do everything they can to cover them up. Underpaid and expected the world of. Treated like just a number and very replaceable even though they can't get enough staff or even many staff to stay. All they are bothered about is buying more and more nurseries. Unbearable and soul destroying place to work.
