Friendly place with good prospects
Have been with Kids Play for 3 years & can honestly say no two days are the same. Started off as a part time sales administrator which has grown to a full time role as the business has grown. It's a really family friendly place too.

Great working environment, great team to work with
I started as a practitioner here, 7 and a half years ago. I have since spent my time working in many of the rooms, with a variety of age groups and colleagues and found that throughout the setting, the staff are welcoming, helpful and above all passionate about their job. They are caring towards the children and ensure that al children are given the best learning opportunities and therefore the best start to their little lives. I spent about 6 months as a practitioner, before I progressed on to becoming a Room Leader. During my time as a room leader, I felt supported by the management team, they helped me to develop my leadership and management skills and helped me to develop and grow my team, they were very approachable. I was a Room Leader for 4 and a half years. The opportunity then came up for a step up to Deputy manager, which I interviewed for and was successful. I have been a deputy for almost 2 years and I have a great relationship with my team and we are always working hard for our children and our families. My manager is very supportive and I continue to learn and develop my skills daily. I always look forward to the day and what it might bring.

Prioritise wellbeing and great opportunities for progression!
I've worked in childcare for years and can say Kids Play is the first company to say they are going to look after your well-being and actually do! Management team are so supportive, supervisions are regular and they ensure work/life balance is consistent.I started as Deputy Manager mat cover and progressed onto Nursery Manager a year later. The company is always expanding, providing more opportunities if you are looking for job security, or to progress into the next role. Loads of training on offer and coaching/mentoring to help you along the way. Uniform provided and FREE LUNCH everyday! Winner winner chicken dinner

Amazing Company
I have worked for Kids play for just over a year and I can honestly say I have never worked for a company who appreciate and support their staff as much as they do. Everyone is very friendly and always on hand to offer advice and support. Great company to work for would highly recommend.

Caring and creative workplace
Working for Kidsplay is very exciting especially when you have passion and commitment. They help you to grow and become better at what you love to do. Any problem is solved professionally and make you feel like you’re part of a family always encouraging and supporting staff wellbeing. I would not have chosen a better company to work for. Everyone is inclusive and respected.
