Productive and fun
Work her for 2 year, always kept it interesting with incentives, commission structure was always being made better but basic pay wasn’t great. Would go back if there was progression

No training start on first day
It was a rushed process where we were given an unreasonable script to read off and encouraged to lie to local businesses. It was not a nice working environment.

Not only is it fun and games at kinex, but the team are your family. Everyone cares about each other, no one is left to feel left out. Been here a bit now it's legit amazing the management are there to help you gain new skills.Sure it's a sales role but the management have your back and want you to be successful.Its not a job for work shy people you need to put the work in but can make some really good money.

There is no interview they just read through a booklet about kinex and you have the job that's how desperate they are as drop out rate is ridiculously high
